1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases and use of this website and online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Products, Listings & Order Acceptance

Product listings are an invitation to purchase and do not constitute a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept the order by sending an order confirmation or by shipping the product. If we cannot fulfill an order (e.g., item unavailable), we may cancel it and refund any amounts paid.

We try to display product colors and details accurately, but appearance may vary based on device/screen settings.

4. Prices, Taxes & Shipping Fees

Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax and any shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional prices and discounts may be time-limited and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, credit/debit card, PayPal when available). Payment is due at the time you place your order. If a payment is reversed, fails, or is charged back, we may take reasonable steps to recover amounts owed and may suspend or cancel related orders where permitted by law.

6. Shipping, Delivery Times & Availability

We ship to the United States. Typical processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after shipment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

7. Title & Risk of Loss

Title to products transfers to you when the product is delivered to the carrier for shipment, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation & Right to Return Policy. Please review those pages for eligibility, timelines, and instructions.

9. Warranty & Damaged Shipments

To the extent required by law, you may have rights related to defective products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence so we can help.

10. Promotions, Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Discount codes may be limited to one use per customer and may be subject to additional restrictions stated at checkout. Gift cards (if offered) are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

11. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activities under your account. We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, except where a higher liability is required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, network outages, or similar events. In such cases, timelines may be extended as reasonably necessary.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State laws that apply to NAOMI SOLUTIONS LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your state provide non-waivable rights that apply. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
