Cancellation & Right to Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@maisonunique.store. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
2. If the Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may request a return once the package is delivered, subject to the eligibility rules in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, unless a longer timeframe is required by applicable law or stated for a specific item at the time of purchase.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email contact@maisonunique.store with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address by email.
5. Return Shipping
- Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please ship items back in their original condition (unworn/unused/unwashed) and include any original packaging and accessories.
- Keep proof of shipment until your refund is completed.
6. Refund Timing
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing typically takes up to 14 business days, and your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including (where applicable) gift cards, personalized items, and items that are used, worn, washed, or not in original condition. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maisonunique.store with photo/video evidence so we can help.
