Shipping Destination

We ship to the United States. Availability of certain destinations may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by carriers.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any exceptions, promotional rules, or special shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately for logistical reasons. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Shipping Address & Delivery Attempts

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Address changes may only be possible before shipment. Contact us at contact@maisonunique.store.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup according to their policies.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we can reship the order when possible. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Any refund issued may exclude original shipping costs where permitted by law.

Delays & Events Outside Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, service disruptions, high seasonal demand, or other operational constraints. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maisonunique.store with photo/video evidence so we can assist you.
