1. Returns Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original packaging and accessories included.
- Please keep proof of return shipment until your refund is completed.
- Returns sent without contacting us first may result in delays or may not be accepted.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, unless a longer timeframe is required by applicable law or stated for a specific item at the time of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@maisonunique.store with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address by email.
- Ship the item(s) back within 14 days after receiving our return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Refunds
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- After your return is received and approved, we typically process refunds within 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- If only part of an order is returned, the refund will reflect the price actually paid for the returned item(s), including any discounts applied at checkout.
6. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges depending on item availability. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@maisonunique.store. If an exchange is not available, you can return the item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maisonunique.store and include photo/video evidence. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are worn, washed, used, or not in original condition (unless the issue was present upon delivery).
- For hygiene reasons: opened or unsealed items intended for personal/body contact (where applicable).
- Personalized or made-to-order items.
- Digital products after access/download has begun (where applicable).
- Gift cards.
9. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we may reship it when possible. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If a refund is issued, it may be reduced by any original shipping costs and/or return handling costs where permitted by law.
10. Shipping Timeframes & Delays
Typical delivery time is 5–12 business days after shipment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Refund Amounts & Discounts
If an item was purchased on sale or with a promotion, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned item. Shipping charges are refunded only where required by law.
