How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout. Enter shipping and payment details and submit your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually help with changes or cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number at contact@maisonunique.store.
I entered the wrong size or address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately with the correct details. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. After shipment, address changes may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 5–12 business days after shipment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (when available).
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any special shipping options or exceptions will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. After your order ships, we’ll send tracking information by email (when available).
I missed the delivery — what happens to my package?
The carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup based on their policies. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
My delivery is delayed — what should I do?
First, check the tracking link for updates. If there’s a significant delay, contact us at contact@maisonunique.store and we’ll assist you.

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@maisonunique.store with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll send return instructions and the return address by email.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return (if approved), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 14 business days, and your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Which items are not eligible for return?

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — what now?
